Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours Before Your Trip:
Receive a full refund or reschedule your trip at no additional cost.
Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Your Trip:
A fee of $10 per person will be charged. Alternatively, you may reschedule your trip for a future date (subject to availability) without any additional fees.
No-Call, No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled trip and fail to notify us in advance:
The card on file will be charged the full amount of the trip.
If you used a Groupon, it will be marked as redeemed, and no further refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
Weather or Safety Concerns:
In the rare event that we must cancel your trip due to unsafe conditions, you will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule for a later date.
We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your reservation.
